So, as the title says…
Next week sees the semifinals of the Roy Lambourne Cup.
Match 1 is Bailiffs Sergeant A v Anti Socials at The Dukes Head.
Match 2 sees The Dukes Head v District Dodgers at Newchurch Club.
Both matches start at 8pm.

Your League Singles Final will be between Steve Dadson and John Bowden.
Commiserations to the losers who had a great run.
The Final to be played on 12th January at Lydd Golf Club, will see representatives of White Horse A and Institute RMA contest, ending the possibility of a Dukes Head sweep of all competitions for the season.

Wins for Sandy Bay, Royal Oak ABC, Institute RMA, Bailiff A, District Dodgers, Anti Socials, Newchurch Club and Dukes Head see them all through to the Quarter Finals.
The games will be played at neutral venues on Monday 20th October. The draw is now up on the site.

Just a reminder that rounds 2 and 3 are being played on the same evening.
4 players in each venue with the Round 2 winners playing each other in Round 3.
Both rounds are race to 3 with handicap in place. Higher division player starts -1…

The draw for round two has been updated and will take place on Monday 28th July.
Following some no shows this evening please note that If you cannot make it, please advise before the match day.
There has been a committee meeting and it has been agreed that no shows and cancellations on the day will result in a one match ban for the player for next league matches after the round.
Also please note that any ad hoc match rearrangements away from the specified venue will result in both players being removed from the next round as the venues pay for the right to host these matches and support our League.
The next two rounds are being played on 28th July in one venue for both rounds. It will not be possible to rearrange these fixtures as it will affect 3 players on the night.
Also a lot of hard work is undertaken to arrange the draw and match venues.

Singles Round 1 (preliminary) 30th June.
Round 2 up on site and Round 3 will be played on Monday 28th July.
Rounds have been drawn at same venues to allow both winners to play one another in Round 3 on same night.
If you are unavailable on the night of the round, it will not be possible for you to play as two rounds are scheduled on the night.
Once games are completed, please let your captain know to put it on Division chats.
Higher division player will start -1 in all games.
Round 1/2/3 will be best of 5 racks.
